Roofing Superintendent

Job Description

As a Roofing Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the project on schedule and in line with budgeted performance metrics. This role also works alongside team members and manages daily onsite project activities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Mobilize to site at receipt of assignments and perform the

Direct and oversee the daily operation of all subcontractors

in order to achieve a successful and safe completion of

projects


Manage daily activities while maintaining a safe work

environment. (OSHA Compliance)


Maintain a high-quality product and finish ahead of

contractual schedules


Enforce the dress code among crew members (XRC shirts).


Prepare and Submit all project related paperwork at the

required time of submission


Complete Daily Reports


Perform regular “pre-punch” walks with subcontractors


Provide direction to subcontractors on actions needed to

complete the scope of work.


Schedule required inspections


Perform regular quality checks of ongoing production


Provide corrective direction to subcontractors when needed


Ensure customer’s business is not interrupted

Roofing Sales Representative

Job Description

Responsible for planning and controlling every stage (from pre-construction, through to completion) of construction projects from residential to commercial properties. Complete projects on time and within budget, while ensuring that our teams work in safe conditions.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Work with Planning Department to determine materials and

manpower required for each project.

Estimate the time to complete each project and coordinate

with teams from varying trades, as appropriate.


Determine materials required for each project and devise

delivery schedules to ensure they are available when

needed.


Plan and ascertain availability of scaffolding, safety

apparatuses and other equipment requirements for the

project.


Review architect’s design to plan the sequence of work.

Identify any practical problems in achieving the planned

result and discuss any necessary changes with the architect

and client.


Supervise teams and inspect the quality of work to ensure

standards are met.


Ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines.


Prepare and deliver reports detailing the progress of all

construction work.


May perform other duties as assigned.
